C.M. Mose & Son sent a technician to perform routine maintenance on our generator.
Chris, the technician assigned to perform the maintenance, was excellent! He communicated the steps to us, performed all necessary maintenance, provided pictures of the inside of the unit, and made sure everything was in perfect working order.
Chris let us know that he was on the way to our location and kept us updated on his arrival time.
He performed a simulated power outage, ensuring our generator worked when the power was out, and ran the generator for several minutes.
Overall, this was the best maintenance technician we have ever had. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and explained things very well. C.M. Mose & Son is a great company that can be trusted for your generator needs and maintenance.
