Came home on a Sunday from a weekend away to a house over 80 degrees. Called CM Mose because we have our twice-a-year service there and within an hour RJ was there to diagnose and fix the issue and had us cooled down in no time! Kyle did a great job! Luckily, it was just an AC fuse today. He got it fixed quickly, and my house is finally cooling off. He also let me know about a more permanent fix he could do, as well as the Home Comfort Club. My poor old house has been falling apart lately, so that's definitely something we'll be looking into!

Glad they had an appointment today. Outside fan/compressor quit working early this morning. The technician arrived much earlier than expected. He was honest and explained everything clearly. It was a quick fix. I have had the system for 6 years (C. M. Mose installed it). I haven't had any issues until now. It has been subjected to this crazy heat the past few weeks. Service/labor prices have gone up drastically in the last 6 years.
