I Just Don’t Trust Anyone Else Mar 28, 2026

We had a power outage due to wind vs. tree and power line. Managed to fry power to half of my house after being down for 3 hours. Always fast and reliable service. Always has the parts they need for the job on the truck. No 3–5 or more days waiting just for parts, then have to schedule another visit. Can be pricey on some stuff but you get what you pay for. This trip, no more than anyone else in town. I just don’t trust anyone else. I’ve tried a couple and it was a huge mistake. CM Mose has done everything from run my 220 where I needed it inside and out, installed a home generator I bought and hooked it up, fixed minor issues around the house, and helped with pool electrical install. Don’t be cheap and burn your house down. Hire someone who stands behind their work and doesn’t scratch their head at problems. I’m not easy to please and I don’t leave reviews!!! Oh, quick note! Stink bugs can get into your outside electrical transfer boxes and cause havoc!!!! Mine will now get a weekly spray around it of spearmint essential oil!!! Nothing else I’ve tried works. DON’T SPRAY INSIDE BOX!! Sandra

3/18/26 C.M. Mose and Son has excellent communication skills. After the original appointment confirmation, I got a text reminder yesterday. I called to find exact ETA because I had other appointments at 10 and 1:30. The scheduler who helped me when I called was friendly and efficient, and we worked out the timing. Eric called me when he was 30 minutes out, went to work, and my generator is fit as a fiddle for another 6 months. See you in September, Eric, God willing! 9/19/25 Eric called to confirm that he’d be here in 30 minutes. He checked to make sure I was OK with the brief power outage, and then he completed the checkup. Thanks, Eric! See you in March! 2/23/24 Eric came today for my generator checkup. He was on time and professional. He made me thankful that I’m a Mose customer! I have a Generac generator. The warning light came on, so I needed service. Daniel came to service the generator, and he did so with timeliness and efficiency. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I certainly recommend his work and his company. Scheduling was easy, too. 1-24-23 Daniel came today for the scheduled generator maintenance. He was prompt, professional, and pleasant!

Excellent electric contractors, came out, did a very fine job, would highly recommend them. Caleb Huff was very good and thorough and very nice today, Feb 13, 2024. Dan did a good job, have always got good service from their techs. Always pleased with the service; you guys do quality and care for the customer. Our first time using the plumbing service and was highly impressed; the techs were great and did a very good job 👍. Did excellent job as most of the techs do for Mose. Found a flaw in CM Mose's communication: had a tech come first on October furnace check up; meanwhile they had booked up this tech, thinking they would cancel this one, but they didn't, so he showed up and I politely told him of the other tech, so ergo bad communication. Theo just flushed our hot water tank, like all techs from Mose, done an excellent job. Ellis, like all techs, are excellent techs and I'm so sorry the young man with him was just as good. Corey very good and efficient. Wilmer, as most techs from Mose and Sons, was good and efficient 👍. Kolton was a good tech, honest and efficient as most of the techs from Mose and Son. We had Sean Webb for the plumber, one word: Awesome, great tech. And Michael Stallings for electrical, one word: awesome, great tech; they both were excellent as most of the tech are. Darrin was a great electrician, did what was asked and with quality; the only issue I would have was cost, just for a less than 10 minute job and to just replace a GFI outlet.
