My air conditioning unit was not working! It was one of those hot, steamy days in August. I called Mose this morning, and the reply was, “We will send our technician out to your home around 12:30 TODAY!” Joshua Wilkerson diagnosed the problem immediately, went right to work knowing exactly what was wrong, replaced the part, and cleaned the unit.
Joshua Wilkerson is an excellent technician. He has been with the company for some time. Joshua remembered performing a maintenance job on the unit back in 2019. Once again, Mose & Son came to my rescue! I will always ask for Joshua Wilkerson!!
